We are a boutique bakery in downtown Fort Wayne that makes custom, high-end pastries and artisan breads for wholesale and retail. We try to use as much local and season produce available, including eggs from Country Gardens. We use traditional baking methods, such as real lye in our pretzels and fresh yeast in our dough.
Our Chef and Owner Grace Kelly May is a classically trained pastry chef who has managed pastry kitchens in Chicago, Hawaii, and Houston. Returning home to Indiana, Grace and our team serve northern Indiana restaurants, businesses, and residents with requests of all types.
