We are a Fort Wayne area jun-kombucha company. We brew everything in small batches, we use local honey (instead of sugar) for the fermentation process, and we specialize in herbal formulated kombucha. The majority of kombucha on the market is made from black tea and sugar. We use organic green teas and honey from the Sweet Life Honey Farm in Huntington. We infuse the kombucha with more than just fruit. From turmeric, to lavender, to functional mushrooms, we utilize an array of the highest quality herbs to add harmony, nutrition, and flavor. When we do use fruit, we source it locally and in season. We brew in small batches with careful attention to detail to preserve nutritional integrity and quality. Offering the highest quality kombucha available is not a job for me, it is my passion!
