Ahh, the dough; the foundation of it all; made only with flour, water, sea salt, olive oil, and yeast; slow fermented for incredible flavor.  As the dough hits the 900-degree brick oven floor, it springs into a crust that is crisp on the outside with a soft, chewy center. The cheese melts into the sauce, creating a symphony of textures and flavors as the top of the crust and the sauce fight for space, developing a creamy blended texture that is beautifully complex yet wonderfully simple.

A classic Margherita made with fresh peppery basil, a traditional American pepperoni, or one of our gourmet options will have your taste buds dancing up and down Barr Street.
