At GK BAKED GOODS we strive to bring the highest quality breads and specialty pastries to our consumers. We carry that mindset all the way down to the quality of ingredients we use. We exclusively use King Arthur flours from Vermont and the bulk of our eggs come from Country Gardens in Roanoke, Indiana. We use only the finest chocolates and cocoa powder from world renowned Cocoa Barry. We find the key to the best is to use traditional methods, such as using real lye in our pretzels and fresh yeast in all our doughs.

Chef and Owner Grace Kelly May is a classically trained Pastry Chef. She has spent the last six years working and managing pastry kitchens in Chicago, Hawaii and Houston. Returning home to Indiana, GK Baked Goods opened in 2015 with the Affine Hospitality Group. Our talented team has provided Northern Indiana restaurants, businesses and residents with wholesale and retail high end pastries and artisan breads.
