Located just north of the Allen County line, we are a family with a 1/8 acre market garden that aims to produce fresh, nutritious, and high quality vegetables for the greater Fort Wayne area. Our growing practices aim to follow organic guidelines in spirit; our fertility sources are all organic certified amendments, and we only use organic sprays as a last resort if at all. We use hoop-houses to offer produce for a four season harvest; many of our best crops come in cool weather particularly salads, greens, carrots, and other roots.

November-December hardier stuff is put to the test:
Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Celery, Fennel, Kale, Kohlrabi, Head Lettuce, Onions, Parsnips, Radish, Rutabaga, Turnips

For the majority of the winter season: Arugula, Carrots, Cress, Baby Greens, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce Mix, Mâche, Micro-greens, Miner's Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Green Onions, Pac/Bok Choi, Parsnips, Pea & Sunflower Shoots, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Turnips
