Myzel Risin’ is a gourmet mushroom company started by a brother and sister looking to provide healthy options with food that we love. Myzel (my:tse:l) is German for mycelium and as a homage to our heritage, like mycelium, we believe in connecting to your roots. And for all of us, eating fresh healthy food is what all our ancestors did.
As a family-owned small business, we strive to provide the highest quality products through vertical integration growing spore to store. This means we grow the mushrooms from spores in a lab to fruiting on an organic substrate in our indoor environmentally controlled atmosphere.
Fresh and healthy food, especially mushrooms is a passion we love to share and help others enjoy!
