• It means the refrigerated hanging 1/2 beef was shipped to the US and cut here in the US. Since it doesn't get an expiration date till it is packaged for retail, how old is it?

• Grass fed beef is provided to the USA from 18 different countries.

• There is NO government verification process that the beef being provide are in fact grass fed. Which means that if the provider of beef says it’s grass fed, it is NOT verified by anyone.

National Grass fed is not equal to the Grass fed that is offered at the farm market. Ask questions and talk to our farmers.
